About the Role

As a Department Head at Fluxcore, you’ll provide strategic leadership and operational oversight to ensure your team thrives and delivers exceptional results. You will drive the vision, set goals, and manage resources effectively, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability. Working with senior leadership, you’ll align department objectives with company goals to achieve sustainable growth and success.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve department objectives in alignment with company goals.

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

• Oversee department operations, ensuring resources are utilized effectively and projects are delivered on time and within budget.

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to drive operational improvements and team success.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to support company-wide initiatives and strategic priorities.

• Identify and mitigate risks, address challenges proactively, and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

• Prepare and present department reports, updates, and performance metrics to senior leadership.

• Champion employee development through coaching, training, and performance reviews to build future leaders.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 8-10+ years of leadership experience, with a proven track record of managing teams and achieving organizational goals.

• Skills: Strong strategic planning, budgeting, and operational management abilities. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

• Mindset: Visionary, results-oriented, and able to inspire and drive change in dynamic environments.

• Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels.

• Education: A bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field. A master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., leadership or management programs) is a plus.
