About the Role
As a Developer at Fluxcore, you’ll be at the heart of building and maintaining high-quality software solutions that drive our business forward. You’ll collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver clean, efficient, and scalable code that powers exceptional user experiences. Your work will contribute directly to the innovation and success of our products.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and deploy software solutions that meet product requirements and business goals.
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code while following best practices and coding standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, deliverables, and timelines.
Debug and resolve technical issues, ensuring applications perform reliably and efficiently.
Optimize existing code and systems for scalability, performance, and security.
Participate in code reviews to provide and receive constructive feedback.
Stay current with emerging technologies, tools, and development trends to improve team workflows and project outcomes.
Contribute to technical documentation to ensure clarity and long-term maintainability.
What We’re Looking For
Experience: 2-5+ years of experience in software development, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
Skills: Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, Java, or C#. Experience with frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Django, or .NET) and tools for version control (e.g., Git). Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
Mindset: Problem-solver, detail-oriented, and passionate about building high-quality software.
Collaboration: Strong communication skills and a team-oriented approach to working with diverse stakeholders.
Education: A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not required.
