About the Role

As a Project Manager at Fluxcore, you’ll be the driving force behind delivering projects on time, within scope, and on budget. You will oversee planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and client expectations. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll coordinate efforts, manage risks, and keep stakeholders informed to ensure successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects from initiation to completion.

• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation, to ensure successful delivery.

• Monitor project progress, track deliverables, and manage risks, proactively addressing any issues that arise.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, design, engineering, and operations, to align efforts and priorities.

• Communicate project updates to stakeholders, ensuring clarity on status, challenges, and solutions.

• Manage project budgets, tracking expenditures and ensuring financial accountability.

• Conduct post-project reviews to identify successes, lessons learned, and opportunities for improvement.

• Foster a collaborative and results-driven environment, ensuring projects are delivered to the highest quality standards.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 3-7+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a fast-paced or technology-driven environment.

• Skills: Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana, Trello, or MS Project) and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall). Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.

• Mindset: Detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to navigate ambiguity to drive results.

• Collaboration: Proven ability to work with diverse teams and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

• Education: A bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field. PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications are a plus but not required.
